Sometimes i feel like the subtitles do not give a complete rendering of what is being said. You have the actors talking for 10 seconds non-stop and you get one sentence in english. Is it just the substance of the dialogs?

They use phrases and idioms a lot. Like she says “find her and pull her out of whichever hole she went into!” But they translate “look everywhere and find her!” They speak so fast so they don’t want people to try to read the subtitles I guess. Instead they just give the main idea.
