Because Safiye Sultan does not want to leave the palace, she threatens Kösem with her father's life! Kösem, on the other hand, unexpectedly shows Safiye Sultan that she will not give up with her move to save her father! But Rasha's participation in the events ruins all of Kösem's plans! A tense war begins between Kösem and Rasha. Kosem, who threatens Rasha so that the whole harem can hear, becomes the person everyone suspects when Rasha is in danger of miscarriage! Kösem has to choose the life of Handan Sultan or her father. Sultan Ahmed, on the other hand, gets very angry with what Kösem tells! And Kösem makes such a decision that the whole palace is in amazement! Kösem is betrayed just when she thinks she will be comfortable! Safiye's twisting of another game turns Kösem upside down and Kösem starts to race against time to catch up with her father before he breathes his last.
All hope is lost for Handan when it is discovered that Ahmed has smallpox. Safiye Sultan, on the other hand, made an agreement with Halime to put Prince Mustafa on the throne without wasting any time. The day Halime has been waiting for has finally arrived.
With Prince Mustafa getting sick, the dynasty is in danger of extinction. Safiye is devastated when she learns that Fahriye caused this crisis. Safiye, who is cornered, makes a surprise move and announces her new candidate for the throne.
With the spread of the disease news, the city returns to the fire place. The people of the palace are face to face with death. In this difficult test, Anastasia sees Safiye's true face for the first time. It's time for Anastasia to take control of fate!
Magnificent Century: Kosem is about Kosem Sultan married to the "State-i Aliyya", when her six-year-old son ascended to the throne, having the position of "Regent of the Sultanate", as well as the power gained by defeating all her enemies and becoming a sultan who brought the world to her knees with her regency. The power of Kosem Sultan became the greatest authority of the state through Murad IV, will be shaken by the iron fist of Sultan Murad, who wants to seize power. With his determination and might, Murad will give the Ottoman Empire its strongest period after Suleiman the Magnificent. The defeats of the state inside and outside will close the era.

At least, Fahriye Sultan wasn't involved in her mother's wicked games of chasing power, like all the daughters (except Behyan) of Ayse Hafsa Sultan were, in the first Magnificent Century. Oh, well Fahriye did try to poison Ahmed but that was recklessness and she regretted it. I'd prolly go mad if the creators of this series had tried to produce another "Hatice" out of Fahriye. Imagine Fahriye,Halime, Hadan. Safiye, Dilruba uniting against Kosem and blaming her for everything like we saw how a whole bunch of whining women plotted against Hurrem. This one thankfully doesn't have that tiresome plot.
