Thomas Magnum is a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, becomes a private investigator in Hawaii. This was such a perfect scene in every way possible. The writers are the best ever, and the cast are giving their best performances. Please renew this show. We need them back. This show brings something so incredibly rare that you just can't find on television right now. It deserves more seasons. Also we have invested 5 years into this show, the fans deserve at least a final season to have everything wrapped up in a proper finale.

I started clapping when he told her he loved her. Just wish she would have said A water instead of a beer though because that would have been pretty cool to see what type of parents they’d be lol. Either way I love Magnum PI! One of my favorite shows! On a side note though I wish they would have made a few more seasons of Hawaii Five-O! We need more Steve McGarrett and Danny Williams and Lou Grover and the rest of the 5-0 team.

I know it’s said about a million shows but this one really needs to be brought back. Usually when the main characters finally take the step to share their feelings for each other and then becoming a couple, the shows have a tendency to lose its momentum since the will they/won’t they part is a powerful driving force. With Magnum and Higgins it made it even better and that’s unheard of and the screen chemistry is amazing.

It is so sad NBC that you have ignored all the work that the #MagnumPI Fandom has done since May to show you how much we love this show and why you should #RenewMagnumPI for Season 6. We have written countless letters and emails, called and left voicemails, spoken to your offices, put up 35 plus billboards between Times Square, Orlando and LA, and flown 2 airplane banners past your NBC Universal HQ in LA. And yet, you ignored us. Now, with the final 2 episodes being thrown away on 1/3, you didn't even do a decent job promoting these last 10 episodes as a final season. Fans are still finding out on Facebook that 1/3 is a Series Finale and not a Season Finale. What happened behind closed doors to make NBC treat the cast, writers and fans of Magnum PI with such disdain? It's disrespectful and shows that you have no regard for any shows except the L&O and One Chicago series. Shame on You NBC! You have lost the trust of an entire Fandom, and their viewership numbers too. 😢

I really like this Magnum PI reboot. However, I think that for the series to have longevity it needs more intense, edgier, grittier, visceral, more suspenseful story lines with unpredictable plot twist and turns. The original series with Tom Selleck was like that and I think that's why it ran for 8 seasons. The reboot episodes are getting more formulaic with the storyline being moved forward much of the time with Higgins typing on her tablet. The series needs more edge of your seat cliffhangers, not just the story line plodding along with everything wrapped up neatly at the end of the episode. I really like the chemistry and relationship dynamics between the cast and characters but I think the writers need to up their game for the series to last.

The old show is just so cringe and gross. I don't understand how people would want to watch that yucky show. Creepy 'stache, sus teeth, matted, oily body hair. No way.
