I have an opportunity to purchase a different brand plate setter for about $35. I have no clue what it is or why I should want it, but going online shows that the machine retails for over $15,000. A print shop shut down and is liquidating its assets and nobody really knows what this machine does. I watched this video and see the plate you produced, but what is the plate used for?
