He made a mistake by saying that pushing D3 with black queen takes would be a blunder. if black QxD3, Re1 check, if Rdxe1 then Qd4xQd3. If Kg1 moves then Re1xRd1 and they defend each other even if queen gives a check. He'd be winning.

He thought it was a blunder because white would answer with Qc3+ instead of Qxd3. Then he could win the pawn with the rook instead. At least that’s what I think he said.
