Barcelona is one of the greatest cities in the world. Go to Montjuic, visit the Miro museum, and take the cable car down. Also, go to the Gaudi Park after you checked the major Gaudi buildings. Finally, go to the district about 300m west of the Ramblas (it borders on El Raval) in the evening (but I do not want to spell it since it will create more hordes of tourists) for great local restaurants and bars. I lived in Barcelona for several years.
