hey love the video! I was just wondering what you do to get out of your head and just flow with the trail without feeling scared? I have had a few high speed crashes do to the fact because last second i backed out when i know i can do whatever drop or jump i crash on. is it just riding lots or do you have a trick to make it easier to not panic?

When riding flowy trails like this on my commencal supreme I have tried raising the tire psi to have better roll speed but it makes the bike feel twitchy. Should I soft the suspension a few clicks to get rid of that twitchy/deflection feeling?
