Fantastic run my favorite part of the mmz series is the boss fights if only we had a rom hack that allowed us to fight all the bosses from z1 to z4 with the chips and elfs of z3. Also what would you say is the hardest stage to do in the run.

Maybe if we have a Zero/ZX Legacy Collection, that could probably be like a challenge mode for that. Would be interesting. As for hardest stage to run, Volteel Biblio, mainly because of all the RNG elements playing against me there. For a straight up difficult stage with minimal RNG, however, I'd say the final stage itself.

I've been going back and forth between watching this and Mario World rom hacks. I sometimes forget that Zero had a gun (or buster) with the way you and others play stuff like this, and I like that. This was quite the enjoyable playthrough. By the way, Cannonball is a cool ass song.

Okay so basically whenever Omega Zero gives you an opening you want to gale attack into split heavens. Just have to make sure you space it so all three hits of the gale attack connect

Thank you very much for this run. But I'm going to be honest here: sometimes it feels like it's all about the boss RNG. Start with a wrong attack, and you get a bad pattern where it's hard to both land a hit and avoid attacks. I play with charged saber, and I'm still having hard time vs Flizard and Devilbat. Especially Flizard and his goddamn flame thrower attack.

Dumb question since I can’t find it online; what lets you cancel third Saber slash into Split Heavens? It’s been a while since I looked it up and I never really used Triple Slash over 1k Slash (rn I’m trying a saber only run out of curiosity to see if it can hold up).
