With my little military experience, they knew the evil plans of the outgoing President laid for the incoming President so it was a good and matured preparation of President Traore (a friend and guest) 13:21 to carry any weapon in other to intervain quickly to save Mahama the incoming President so its never, ever a mistake and pls, don't blame GH national security. Do you remember America and Russia gave addo dankwa strong warning that, ( if you dare do any nonsense ) All b'cos of his supposed Coup attempt.lt's a fact and we all know of it when Akufo Addo blamed Putin and Traore they warned him seriously because he thought being a president of your country is a president of the whole world and they shut his mouth up.
