This guy is talking about "JUST MORTGAGE" doesn't fully understand what MORTGAGE actually means. If you can't pay your MORTGAGE, it simply means you are CASH STRIP. You are really funny😂, you need to be educated on this. A mortgage in principle is also known as a Decision in Principle (DIP), Agreement in Principle (AIP) or mortgage promise. This is a statement from a lender saying that they'll lend a certain amount to you before you've finalised the purchase of your home. Ok so Michael Essien got this deal way back even before moving from Olympic Lyon to Chelsea. And he hasn't been there for the past years 😅, so you want to tell me he couldn't afford the payment even after his break out deal to Chelsea? Come on 😅, he just did want it and moreover there have been a rumor that the said building is estimated around $20M and $30M respectively eii, 😅😅😅 where in Ghana? In Ghana, as much as we are equal in the eyes of the law, our influences differ and the spirit of the law takes that into consideration. So celebs cannot say they are discriminated against. they can work to repel the law which bans them but the Supreme Court is right. They are there to UPHOLD the law and not say a law is right or wrong. Their's is to interpret the law and they don't make the laws. till that law is taken out, the ruling will still stand.

The supreme court has just protected the so called endorsers or advertisers. An individual or parent can sue a celebrity who endorsed product that harms his children or interest when consumed.

It's only in Ghana that one thinks anything with regards to loan, mortgage, and those like means the person is in financial distress. If you know the advantages in loans and what's you can do with it, you will hardly use cold cash to buy stuff especially when the rate is good. With that mortgage, he can work on his taxes and get reduction with regards to the house. Eg. If you sell your house for 30mil USD, you will be forced to pay huge tax but intentionally default and let the bank sell, you get your full cash back..... that's being smart. Anything loan reduces your tax so why will you save to buy whilst you can intentionally owe and add to your taxes for reduction. Imagine the property tax he has to pay if its his own house......

I think the court is right over the alcohol issues. Because if you see me advertising an alcohol beverage it doesn't really have that much influence. But if you magraheb or any social media influencer act on an alcoholic beverage, impacts levels are different.
