Govt should banned betting in india but in recent years the betting app and loan app came like a flood in our country which pays huge taxes to the govt. So the govt also not want to get indulge. Just a small fish in the large ocean who got exposed due to lavish Dubai wedding, there are hundreds of similar scammers like him still active across the whole country. Both chhaparia and kedia were dumping hundreds of crores of hawala money on regular basis into Indian markets via FPI (Foreign Portfolio Investment) route, the question is how tf sebi allowed this to happen ? they have put in so stringent rules for retail traders but allowed these crooks to thrive for so many years ? Nothing will happen to them, since the British era judiciary system that we have absolutely no provision to punish these sorts of new age scams, remember that infamous match fixing scandal in which many former players (azhar, jadeda, mongia, shreesanth) were banned by BCCI ? court did not punish either of them it was BCCI who had to take some action just to save their own skin in front of larger audience.
