Mahakama kuu nchini imebatilisha amri ya kaimu inspekta wa polisi Douglas Kanja ya kupiga marufuku maandamano kwa kipindi kisichojulikana. Katika kesi iliyowasilishwa mahakamani na shirika la katiba institute, mahakama imemuamuru kanja kutoa taarifa kwa maafisa wote akibatilisha amri yake.
