I don't believe the hate is in your heart. I have the same issue, but I am pretty sure the hate is in my mind. Our hearts/spirit cannot be affected. A Course in Miracles says nothing real can be threatened, and nothing unreal exists. So the negative images we appear to see come and go on the screen, but they are not permanent/real. Only the screen is real, and that is always the same. The movie scenes don't damage the screen.

That is why we need to transcend duality and simply be. To escape suffering, it is not about fighting between good and evil, because fighting evil itself always leads to more suffering. The illusion of duality means that there are no inherent, universal rules ensuring balance. It is entirely possible for the system to be deliberately or inherently imbalanced, with darkness or negativity dominating for extended periods. This raises a deeper question: if duality is an illusion, and there are no guaranteed rules to maintain balance, then what is the true nature of suffering and happiness? Perhaps the answer lies not in trying to balance the scales of good and evil within the illusion, but in transcending the illusion altogether. By moving beyond the dualistic framework-where darkness and light, good and evil, are seen as inseparable and interdependent-we can embrace a state of pure existence, free from the constraints of polarities. In this state, suffering and happiness are not opposites but rather transient experiences that arise and dissolve within the greater context of being. Ultimately, the challenge lies in recognizing that while darkness may spread and imbalance may prevail in the dualistic illusion, true liberation comes from stepping beyond this illusion and embracing a state of being that is untouched by the fluctuations of duality. I been there done that...I broke it down like this and it works...24 hours in a day...8 hours to sleep...8 hours to Hustle and get ur basics done and ...8 hours to contemplate, and plan the next 8 hour Hustle, and lastly be grateful for the first 16 hours....Rinse and Repeat for another 168 hours (7 days)...Not complicated...TIME can be Your Friend or Enemy...it's the only thing that will work with you or against you depending on your relationship with TIME....Respect it...Honor it...Nurture it ,Embrace it and above all DON'T take it for Granted...it worked for me...Good Luck.
