No. Moksha is different Concept and it's not anything related to worldly things or relations, It's actually liberation from Cycles of Births and Deaths and get re- absorbed into Paramatma i.e Brahma Tattva...

If you hear Sadhguru in his other videos, he mentions that one should not be cowed down by any situation,to be unaffected by what the world throws at you and doing your best is also liberation at the experiential level. " Liberation" from the cycle of life and death is at a more metaphysical level hence, many don't subscribe to that theory.
