I know how you feel siphokazi, the best thing to do is to find help and not do everything alone, emotionally it will finish you. When my Mom was diagnosed with it in 2019, I didn't understand how this superstrong woman I've known has become this way. Get a caretaker who understands how to support their "new" mind.

I started my channel 3 weeks ago. I am only at 60 subscribers . I was inspired by the current state of unemployment in my country South Africa. I received my degree in 2016 but have been unemployed since then. I am looking for alternative ways to create income. This video is an inspiration to push harder. We all have different reasons why we start our channels. Let's grow ❤❤❤❤

This was just amazing. Feels like we grew up with Hali. I always get awed by her wisdom and humour when she speaks. Watching this I’m reminded of a time I was on a fast and fell so ill in the middle of it. Continued with the prayers but on the third day it got crippling worse. Words weren’t coming out of my mouth. I put on Heal Me Jesus by Mahalia and as the song playing I could feel the knots leave my body and I was completely healed. Still a big big song in my life. The Lord works through this lady immensely🤍

It is incredible and very powerful how Mahalia can communicate/express her previous pains/insecurities/failures/difficulties without allowing it to get to her. This is showing how acceptance is very important in this unexpected journey of life. I love the part that she spoke about “Going for it, Having the faith even without sight” very strong and communicates with me. How sometimes we have just have to not be scared on failing and starting again/fearing that the walls will break. If they break let them break and trust God to rebuild a strong foundation with you .🙌🏽

Mahalia, just reminded me that I am no longer in my 20s or early 30s. I am now 37yrs heading for 40yrs because of trauma and so much that happened. I emotionally got stuck at 16yrs old but physically I grew. Only now when I am dealing with it my age is catching up with body and man. I am not able to do what I used to anymore. Especially the moving of the whole house furniture when cleaning, while washing and cooking. Then going to clean the yard. Its getting harder. I now understand why a lot of people have helpers its not because they are lazy.

Love when she speaks on her relationship with God. I have recently learned that to pray alone and spend time in his presence, make time everyday , prioritise God and putting him first is essential in our lives because we get to know Him, what his will for us is and it is easy to be guided in everything we do. My pastor said that you get to know someone when you spend time with them and the same applies to God. Be blessed. ❤

Shuu this conversation for me was quick hectic (funny and scary at the same time) especially when it comes to aging. I'm turning 19 next month, and there's certain things I wish I could do with my body, like playing sport and just enjoying my body. I just feel so uncomfortable with myself. I look in the mirror and I just see a oversized chubby girl and it's just challenging for me to feel excited about dreaming big about the life I would want to live before I get to the ages of 30. Where I can proudly say that Oh yes! I really enjoyed my teenage years and early adulting years. Thank you so much sis Mpoomy for this conversation it really was a moment of self introspection and I am just so emotional typing this message.

I was a chubby teenager, infact I was never thin my entire childhood, never participated in sport etc but at 37yrs I had a six pack! It doesn't matter your age, it's your will that pushes you. So fret not, when you're ready to face yourself and make the necessary changes with commitment you'll achieve your body goals and run a marathon even, if that's what you want!😉🏃⛹️
