One can also reuse the entire length of a zip tie/zap strap by using a sharpened spoke to disengage the little nub that zips and zaps against the ridges of the tie/strap. Just pull it a tiny bit tighter and get in there. Mahalo my Dudes.

Haha I really understand that, and my guess is that you would have to wait up to two months until they release the new model and then you have to wait until a store near you stocks these new models in your budget/size/colour.. So maybe even no riding this season? And like I said, I love my fuel ex.. I got a new air spring an now it's 150mm front, 130mm rear and ready for pretty much everything :D

If you can get one now do it, though it won’t be the newest model entry level bikes progress slowly, there won’t be any huge changes to make you regret buying this bike now. Even if it has a brand of brakes you prefer in a year or something, it’s not likely worth the wait. Even if some revolutionary technology for entry level bikes is released, it’s not likely to be on the next years bike anyways. So in conclusion, it’s better to have a bike now since it won’t change a ton in the next model.
