Where are the EC's own copies of the pink sheets?
@Gabogabo-i4v3 күн бұрын
Pink sheet are signed after everything is counted and accounted for tightly . The officials of each party receive their pink sheets and a copy is sent to be faxed to EC . However the EC must get all copies from different part of the country. The work times time because of our Manuel system of elections. To avoid uncertainty we can introduce e voting but the question of hacking comes to play I have been EC official before and trust me you , it is demanding and stressful job which takes time Even in Uk , USA polls do take time before being declared but they don’t have hooligans and violence supporters to cause trouble or uprising. The uses the manual and electronic voting system. The reality is that each party he save officials during such counting and tabulation processes, so why the need for violence ? Ghana is a recipe for civil unrest and may break the country into different countries. This may emerge one day and each region will seek for their autonomy.

Ghana does not have any dependable tax base yet this clueless Mahama, right off the cuff, is declaring to remove taxes. Where’s he going to get replacement funds? Ghana needs money to pay salaries for state service employees, fund schools, hospitals, infrastructure and many more. Ghana government doesn’t have money so the math doesn’t add up if you remove revenue. Mahama is indeed clueless and will turn Ghana’s current high positive growth back at a time when it’s 7.2% third quarter GDP.

Providing concessions to miltinational investors to exploit or natural resources, in return of employment is stupid, as most of our revenues do not stay with us.
