Cos Mahama doesn't want to debate with fools. The performance of the economy is gauged by exchange rate and inflation. Bawumia inherited an exchange rate of 4cedis to a $1 today the rate is 17cedis to a $1. The Bank of Ghana had a 60billion cedis black hole... Bawumia should debate with the figures and his own economic record.
