The saying of opening up for your person or who your waiting for, preparing for him, was very powerful. I had never looked at it like that. Once you cut out everything you don't want you truly are paving the path for your future man. Also Victoria mentioned looking at men who have positive relationships and are good examples. For those of us who don't have that example in our lives can you please give us some recs? Truly, thank you so much Fumi for this wonderful boon of a podcast.

I love this!! I’m wondering what you think about dating apps and whether or not they have a place in this kind of mindful dating. As someone who works from home and is very introverted, I don’t get out much or meet many new people. Sometimes it feels like the only way for someone like me to meet potential partners is through online spaces :/

Worked for me. Late 40s, having taken deliberate time after my last relationship. Went on an app for the first time. Replied to people, because I was trying to be polite. Ended up with 26 dates lined up. Then met my boyfriend and cancelled all the dates. He had some issues, but I set boundaries and he got into therapy, got sober, and stepped up. I asked God for him, and he is what I asked for. We've bother triggered tf out of each other, and healed on so many levels. He's my best friend. I adore him.
