Rana Pratap was a brave king but he was never accepted slavery of Mughal that's why he was praised by akbar. As per my knowledge people said he would have carry 360 kg. Practically I don't think so a person can lift his weight and ride horse it's too difficult to move it. It's to difficult to move it if today world the great Indian khali will not able to move and lift the weight.

Cause their food as well as their senses were far better than ours and talking about khali he is weak at his legs if you want to see go look after the world's strongest man competition participants. They also lift heavy amounts of weights.
