Hi Mukesh, you need to join your residence nearest District Carrom Association firstly. Then you can participate / send entry in the State level Carrom Tournaments through your District Carrom Association. Who the hell is making the commentary and that too in regional language...Is there any need of commentary in carrom match? I don't think so. This is just irritating in game watching, which needs concentrations and observation of game play. Please stop this in any future occasion it's my sincere request. I didn't watch the video just because of commentary.
