I go for morning walk everyday to get energy for the entire day and night walk to relax the brain. I am practicing this for the last 25 years . I am 57 now and didnt lose single strand of hair from college days like Mahatria. Walk will help to get clarity on ideas and keep active. I heard Sjnder Pichai walks in the moddle of meetings to get clarity and take decisions accordingly. Cheers .... Everyone on this earth deserve good life. Please take care of yourself and help the needy people. God will record all good and bad things done by us.
