The thing about project strikers is they vanish in big games . Gyokeres vanished in Europa League , Sesko vanished against Madrid . And you will say ( well they are madrid... ) but if chelsea want to get back to their old self , they need to be able to compete and beat madrid . And it's not like Liebzig , didn't create chances for sesko , he got many chances , he fluffed each and every . While on the other hand , napoli were Rubbish the whole season , from 1st to 10th ,and they got slapped up by Barca , but who scored in that high pressure moment , Osimhen Ofcourse , that too he created that goal from nothing . Big players perform in big games . About osimhen : If age was the problem Tosin (26) wouldn't have been bought , If price was the problem, Unproven literally played 10 game at senior level Estevao (60mil ) wouldn't have been bought . If wages was a problem sterling (350K weekly) wouldn't have been done .and osimhen is literally getting about 225K . I honestly believe this is a plan of chelsea to reduce the asking price , seeing no other club is concretely involved to sign him . Because the napoli president had already confirmed in January that osimhen will 100% go in the summer .

What do you guys think about money plus player swaps ? In our owners eyes, we need to make pure profit on gallagher, chalobah, gallagher, amari etc. We want to move on kepa, lukaku, sterling, maybe madueke/mudryk. We want gyokeres, osimhen, olise, keeper, CB. Surely we can make some smart swaps plus fees. Like use lukaku in gyokeres deal or gallagher in olise. Or something else. We have maatsen too.
