Listen brother I want you to know that it’s completely normal to have a lack of motivation in the beginning of your journey towards Allah and akhira. Sometimes we just have to force ourselves to pray no matter how hard it is to get up. Be patient and never loose hope in Allah and make dua and be consistent with your ibadah. Sooner or later the love towards prayer and the Quran will come inshaallah. May Allah protect us from all evil and make it easy for us to pray and honor him. May the Almighty guide us to the right path and never loose track of it. Trust in Allah, obey him and you will inshaallah be granted with eternal happiness in jannah.

you are way better than the muslims who have no quest and craving for thier deen, you have desire to be a good and practicing muslim that every muslim must have, congratulations to you this is the first and formost step toward the beautifull journey to hidaya. the second step is to make a sincere pray to Allah to give us guidance in every moment of life because without his guidance we would not be able be on right path. and then we should try to do we want to achieve either its offering five times prayer or other practices. when you have sincere effort followed by sincere dua you see amazing changes in your life you would never have imagined.

Whenever you're in sujood suplicate to The Owner of The Mighty Throne. He's the one to guide whichever soul He wishes. I once was like that But I always prayed no matter what. Right now Alhamdulillah I pray all my salahs and extra sometimes.
