Will MP Neuron, accept weights to the input values???

No I think the whole video isn't using MP neuron but instead a perceptron...

But it should be possible with MP neuron since OR, AND and NOT can be modelled individually by MP neuron. So a network for XOR with MP is possible but will need more neurons in total than a network with perceptron since when using MP, NOT has to be modelled by a separate neuron.
