सुक्या भाज्यांचा मसाला बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/४ कप बेसन
• १/२ कप शेंगदाणे
• थोडासा कढीपत्ता
• १०~१२ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १/४ कप सुकं किसलेलं खोबरं
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १/४ चमचा मेथ्या
• १ चमचा काळा मसाला
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/२ चमचा साखर
• २ चमचे तेल
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• ४ मध्यम आकाराच्या चिरलेल्या ढोबळी मिरच्या
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

We need dry or sukya bhajya for lunch box. There is no masala or vatan for such sabzis. For the sabzi to be tasty we need some masala for such sabzis. Here is recipe for sukya or dry sabzi masala. You can store it for about a month. You can use this masala for any dry sabzi. It tastes nice. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Besan
• 1/2 cup Peanuts
• Few Curry leaves
• 10~12 Garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup shredded dry Coconut
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tsp Kala masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Onion
• 4 medium size chopped Capsicum
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add besan.
• Dry roast besan a little until it begins to get light golden color.
• You can add oil if you want.
• Transfer the besan into a dish.
• In the same pan add peanuts, curry leaves, garlic and roast everything well together.
• You can skip curry leaves if you don’t like.
• When peanuts are roasted well add dry coconut, cumin seeds and roast well until coconut
changes the color a little.
• When coconut turns light golden, turn off the gas and add fenugreek seeds.
• Transfer all the roasted ingredients into a blender jar and add kala masala, red chili powder,
salt, sugar and blend into a little coarse powder.
• You can use garam masala, goda masala or any other masala that you use regularly in place
of kala masala.
• You can use gudh in place of sugar or completely skip sugar too.
• Masala is ready.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add onion and fry until it turns light golden.
• You can skip onion if you don’t like.
• When onion begins to turn light golden add capsicum and mix well.
• Cover and steam for about 6-7 minutes.
• Mix well at the regular intervals of 2-3 minutes.
• After about 6-7 minutes when capsicum is almost cooked add salt and mix well.
• Add 2-3 tsp masala that we blended and mix well.
• Cover and steam the sabzi on low heat for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Dhobli mirachi sabzi is all ready.
