I love mahindra I owned Kuv100 for nearly 6 years 1lakh kms. Was a good friendly experience for me. Now I bought Kia sonet but I am still unable to forget mahindra. Sure we will buy another mahindra car soon.

One of the minus of Mahindra is their interior quality, look and feel. Until XUV700 was launched all other car interiors were average and not liked by all. So bringing some better interior looks similar to XUV700 would be a great crowd pulling. Even two of my frnds dint choose Mahindra because of their dated interior looks below the dashboard.

Remember my Mahendra Jeep got on 1990 ,on road price was Rs 2 lakh, after that got Maruthi 800 ,and then to Hundai,now booked Sonet, Mahendra need quality cars,not available now except XUV 700 .still when I hear the name Mahendra remember that van ,need car with best engine and premium features and look from Mahendra.

Good video.. I would like to share my test drive experience of carens and XUV 300, so that team motowagon could throw some light on this.. I am owning triber manual, recently i test drove carens diesel version, the drive was excellent and the car was fantastic but what left me bothered was, when I got stuck in traffic I brought the gear to neutral and the car stopped then after the vehicles started to move I shifted directly to second gear hoping that the car would move but to my surprise the engine turned off but I want to mention that I had never faced such things in my triber and also in ertiga, I could move triber and ertiga by directly shifting to the second gear.... I also recently test drove XUV 300 petrol turbo version, what I noticed was, I was driving the car in the speed of around 30 km/h and I got stuck in the traffic, I brought the gear to neutral but Still the car was moving and suddenly traffic got cleared and i checked the speed and the speed was 20km/h then I shifted the gear from neutral to third hoping that the car would move at that speed but the car didn't move and some noise came from the gear box then I shifted the gear down to the second and then moved. But I didn't face such things in my triber, i could manoeuvre triber by directly shifting to third gear from the neutral at the speed of 17km/h....

@@motowagon MW literally nice content.the thoughts,which exhibit here are 100 percent true and agreed.example: xuv 300 is a gem of the sub 4m segment because build quality, engine performance, passenger comfort, driving dynamics all great but the bitter truth is mahindra not present this product as like TaTa did for Nexon is a small sadness as well as you said now adays mahindra has sophisticated showroom, agreed but what is the number of showroom across tamilnadu?am hail from Madurai(one of the reputed city in the state) ,we have only one kappalur and it is far too,from other ends of our district. As a home product we are expecting accessible showroom in vicinity. Moreover neighbouring districts customers like theni, if they want test drive or walk through mahindra products for wide range of search should visit madurai or somewhere else... rest of the things regarding this brand as you said........

Very quality content and no cliche .. I would say Mahindra have to also improve upon their man machine ergonomics.. XUV 500 even it looks good on outside when you drive you could feel that’s a raw SUV.. I believe they should refine this more .. but I should admit I have not driven new 700 .. hopefully they have addressed those things

Well presented SWOT. One of weakness is the lack of trust in Urban people. Rural people trust Mahindra a lot. However, this situation is fast improving with the release of Thar & xuv 700. XUV 300 W6 is neglected and some features are removed like driver arm rest , spoiler , fog lamp . So most people can't afford top variant W8 . so they are choosing Nexon . So xuv300 is least sold compact SUV . Also there are some dealers & service centers have poor customer response . I'm waiting for a month to do a AMT test drive . They are using a single vehicle for 3 regions

Mahindra has taken the ‘Safety’ as their primary selling point similar to Tata. But @Aasir bro, have you thought about how Indian Car Manufacturers can able to give so called 5Star ratings by having the budget of the cars in the bracket(Which any foreign brands cannot do until now in India)? I believe we’ll get the answer once we test drive both Indian & Foreign Cars, “Poor Interior Parts Quality”. 🙂 We can say anything from the papers But as you know, in real time People buy Car not only for commuting, it is a luxury thing, it is an emotion, it is a status symbol, etc.., So I think keen buyers won’t fall by compromising the Reliability & The Feel inside the car to get the 5Star rating. And for your kind information..My 5 Months old XUV700 AX7 P still have Hard stick issues for around 5-6 knob changes after taking out my car from garage. After multiple gear changes it get resolved on its own.. Since It was only 5 months old , I haven't discussed with ASC about this.. Why manufacturers not thinking about cars with only 2 passengers seating capacity? which will be very useful for daily office commuters who always goes as a single occupant in car. Also since these are small cars, it may come into bracket of 3 to 4 lacs and we can get mileage of 25 kmpl as will come with smaller engines
