All in all its a great product by M&M.. way better than some pseudo SUVs running around (its easy to fool people reallyt by marketing, thats what ford and renault has done to Indians) Ecosport, Duster, its even more punchy than sluggish Creta.. Great efforts M&M..

Test drove it thrice to get a feel of it..commanding view..fantastic seating and driving comfort..loads of space..smooth and responsive engine..rugged looks.. could have been offered in better colors though.. overall an all-rounder who will make waves in the near future..go for it..

I think the TUV 3oo kind of buyers will definately want atleast 100 ps power and a 4wd Variant. With out power and 4WD the toughness can not be put to much use.

Mahindra tuv 300 is Ultimate piece of craftsmanship. Neat, simple ,bold,aggressive, macho.... Looks like hummer. Need to work on front grill and interior. Engine should be 4 cylinder.

good review i must say , how ever the car is flat boxy which they have done successfully with thar already, they dont need to replicate that , they should look at quid , cos the quid just hits the sweet spot as far as the look goes. the vehicle is just 200 kg lighter than XUV500 , with just 84 bhp. I think mahindra has really got a doosi with this one. i am not sure if it will replicate the success of XUV , by that i mean not.

No matter how many times or from how many different angles i look at this TUV300... it gets even more uglier for me. In the list of current ugly cars like the Alto800, Quanto or the BOX aka WagonR...this TUV is right up there.

Ram reddy Dude, are you serious? BMW i8 is a plug-in hybrid. It also has a 7.1 kWh lithium-ion battery apart from the Gasoline engine and 0-100 kmph rating of less than 4 seconds! TUV 300 on the other hand has a top speed of 120 kmph! You understand the difference, I hope. TUV 300 might be aimed solely at the rural market. Otherwise I don't find any logical reasoning behind the use of that under-powered Quanto engine. Alto K10 will probably have better acceleration than this.

Shashank Jain Oh I know this much. The Quanto has a 100 BHP 3 cylinder engine and it is pretty shit. The whole car vibrates like a tin can at speeds over 100 kmph. Instead of calling names, may be you should explain yourself first. I can't wait to acquire more "technical sense" lol
