I booked my AX5L on 17.05, but till date there is no response from Mahindra regarding the delivery. i have tried connecting with them in everyway possible and they have just become silent. Its just they are escaping the questions and dont have anything to tell. I sold my daily car, disbursed loan to them and now they are harassing me as such.

@@AshirwadPradhan007 I disbursed the loan as the dealership asked for it to speed up the delivery and now they have become silent. I have emailed customer care at Mahindra, sent messages on twitter but they have completely stopped replying now, and are not sharing any update.

That's the last thing you can do. You should not pay any kind of money unless you have done the PDI. Once the dealer gets the money they have control over all the further proceedings. They have exploited your sense of urgency of getting the vehicle. Try to get more traction online and start emailing the dealership and higher ups in Mahindra. Try to get some influcencer to cover your story. That might help to get out of this fiasco soon. Either get the money back or get the car.
