As a Mahindra customer since 12 years, I can assure few things: The after sales has always been really good for me, never faced an issue with the service centers in Jeedimetla, Hi Tech City as well as Kothaguda in Hyderabad, the service quality has been good and the spare parts are available on time and are mostly available within 1 - 2 days, maximum 4 - 5 days. The service costs are also genuine and acceptable, and the progress of service by Mahindra over the years has been tremendous, something which Tata is desperately lacking.

I own a nexon facelift and I never faced any issue while overtaking in the city or highway, it reaches 3 digit speed damn easily and can cruise with that speed effortlessly. I don't face any issue while driving it in the city and on the highway it performs amazing, I don't understand why you mentioned it as a problem.

It seems he's driving an old software version nexon.. My Fearless Plus Purple got software update in January and after that absolutely no hang or any freeze issues.. The driver seating position in Nexon is commanding! Also when I took test drive of 3x0 driving position felt lower and sound system is horrible.. Take your own test drive and decide!

I have driven the Nexon (petrol) mostly in eco mode on hilly terrain. **Fuel Efficiency:** - 8.5 kmpl with a full load on hills - 13 kmpl with the AC on while cruising at 100 km/h with a full load **Pickup:** The pickup is worse than my WagonR 1.0 until reaching 70 km/h or on hills. In sports mode, after 2200 rpm, it accelerates quickly enough, but it still doesn't feel like it has 120 PS. Its power band is only effective above 3000 rpm, which I find unacceptable, I was disappointed and switching to sports mode could decrease the fuel economy to 6-6.5 kmpl. I think TATA has been lazy in tuning its engines. I have also driven a 2018 Baleno on hills, and it feels better in terms of acceleration and pickup, even when fully loaded.

I was TATA Owner n my SERVICE EXPERIENCE was too great ❤.... availability of parts overall mine was gud experience with TATA.....❤ Now sm people told that they don't have the gud service centre's whatever else ...it depends on their service centre.... seems a bit biased... most Nexon negatives have been discovered over the years across models from 7-8 years back and you are comparing with a vehicle that has no such track record and declaring it a winner!! Its only history being that its earlier avatar bombed in the market. Dont get me wrong, am in the market for a vehicle in the same segment and hope 3Xo lives upto its promise and Mahindra doesn't pull its usual tricks like holding back lower variants and pushing higher variants. The issues stop you from enjoying the features and are a big concern for current owners. Its about time they are mentioned and not brushed aside thinking Tata will fix them soon, because they are clearly not. The issues are not 7 or 8 years old. They are very particular to this facelift.
