Fantastic video buddy in the presentation form. Each and every thing was shown minutely…it was looking as if I was sitting and exploring the car all by me. The car looks really awesome and I think it’s the top most variant. But one thing I wish would have added the thrill was that if it also had a sunroof that would have enhanced the look even further.

Thanks for the reply just one more thing I noticed Reverse is right next to 1st Gear, So while driving is there some feature which prevents accidentally going into reverse ? Like i am driving and want to use 1st gear but accidentally put the car into reverse ? Any features to prevent such a thing ?

Anchit Mandal Hi Anchit, W8 had auto wipers, auto headlamps, n follow me home feature as well. Reverse camera was optional as an accessory. If the condition of the vehicle is good and has not done too many miles on the odometer then you can buy 2012 W8. Hope this helps

last row seats are baby seats and are not meant for adults. my mom is of 5ft and it feels uncomfortable when she sits in the last row. xuv500 is giving day time led lights. put ur light knob on auto mode, it works as a daytime running led.

it is a feature that can be used while driving down the steep incline. what it does is it applies the brakes automatically, so that u dnt need to step on brakes all the time on incline. so only thing u need to do is steer the car and the speed of the car is automatically controlled by auto braking. It gives 9-10 kmpl in city. and on highway it depends on wot speed u drive. if u go with less than 100kmph then u get 17-18. above 120kmph ul get 13-14kmpl.

Hello Anik. I would rate the quality of the parts as 3 out of 5. But the electronics do work as it should and keeps you happy with their functions. Long lasting/reliability can be told as the time passes.

there's a ring which needs to be pulled up to engage the reverse gear. without pulling dat ring reverse gear wil not be engaged and by default dat position goes to 1st gear.. check out the video in the link in description..

well yeah the last row is nt confortable and d credit goes to the suspension. even for short people it becomes hard to manage in 3rd row due to lot of vertical movements. and it is not day tym running led's it is parking led's as told by Mahindra itself. and day time running led's are very bright whch can b seen very easily in bright day light, but dats nt d case here. and even if u dnt put ur light knob to auto mode and switch on lights normally dese led's wil glow as it does in auto mode.
