You forgot to mention 3 points. 1. WEIGHT TO POWER RATIO: Seltos' Turbo Petrol engine is quicker than Xuv700. 2. FUEL ECONOMY: All engines of Seltos return higher averages than XUV700. 3. MAINTENANCE COST: parts, servicing & insurance all are cheaper than XUV700.

This is bad comparison and looks like another paid promo and video title is click bait to get more people to buy XUV700. Seltos is the supporting / guest actor in this movie. XUV700 variant shown for comparison is AX7L Diesel automatic which costs ₹23.99 lakh ex-showroom. Kia Seltos GTX+ DCT costs ₹19.99 lakh ex-showroom. You have to pay ₹4 lakh ex-showroom, but you do get 7 seater XUV700 as compared to 4+1 kid = 5 seater Seltos. Kia HTX+ does not get 1) ADAS 2) 360 degree camera XUV700 AX7 also does not get 1) 360 degree camera 2) Electronic Parking Brake (EPB)

Sir...maine xuv test ride liya...par suspension and brake noise bahut audible hai,plus diesel engine ka noise cabin main aati hai.. Where as Seltos didnt had such basic issue... Plz can u share ur review on this very old issue of xuv..

I have felt the same from XUV700 petrol test drive and Seltos test drive. The suspension noise is lot more as compared to Seltos. I have verified this is 2 different test drives of XUV700 from different showrooms. Both salesperson blame on the car that it is driven badly and then tell that these test drive cars are not even sent for periodic maintenance. They don't replace high-cost items like suspension on test drive cars event if it has gone bad. Mahindra salesperson are truly carrying Live free attitude. XUV700 sells on its own and they don't have to spend any effort to convince a customer to make the sale.

@@kushalprasad4796 Even we got same reason from Sales guy of XUV...though test ride car was driven only fr 3760km...all noise was there. Mahindra marketing is superb and they selling cars as aspiration to buyer..though hiding issues...I checked Mielage of XUV 700 AX7 L diesel in city is between 9 to 11km...can go dwn to 7-8km...

XUV700 AWD A/T petrol six-seater kitna parega on-road . . . XUV700 ek bahut hi stiff high strength monocoque chassis body per banaya gaya hai . . . isliye it is advisable that XUV700 owners apne gaadi mein front & aft lateral strut bar lagaye (irrespective of the variant), for enhanced structural integrity overall & better handling . . . this is strongly recommended considering India's road infrastructure, type of terrain & weather conditions . . .
