Please educate yourself the name Durgā itself is an umbrella term that refers to many different goddesses there are so many goddesses who share the name Durgā. The umbrella term includes Click "Read More" to know about the goddesses. Bhavānī Durgā - Her most common iconography shows her riding on the back of a tiger/tigress (bāgh), she has 8 arms, holds a trident, sword, discus, bow and arrow (holds bow and arrow in the same hand), mace, pink lotus flower and conch shell. One hand in the front is always in abhayā mudrā giving blessings and boons to her devotees. According to the Śiva Purāṇa she is the Śaktī of Lord Bhava (Sadaśiva). Kātyāyanī Durgā - She has 10 arms and she is shown slaying the demon Mahişāsur in most iconography she is also shown riding a lion. She holds weapons like the sword, mace, bow and arrow, discus, conch shell, axe, noose and she is shown holding a double sided weapon which has a trident on one side and a spear on the other side piercing it into Mahişāsur's chest. Jagaddhātṛī Durgā - She has 4 arms she is show holding a bow and arrow as well as a discus and a conch shell. She rides on the back of a lion and an elephant is shown underneath her which represents how she crushes and or destroys ego/arrogance. Jaya Durgā - I don't really know much about her. Mahā Lakṣmī Durgā - She is the goddess in this video and the dhyana is of hers as well she is one of the three primary forms of Bhāgvatī Ćaṇdīkā in the Durgā Saptaśatī. She has 18 arms and killed the demon Mahişāsur in a different kalpa. She holds the Rosary, Axe, Mace , water pot , lotus, Bow, Staff, Spear, Sheild , bowl and a Bell that kills demons by its tremendous sound || Trident , Rope, Discuss and many other weapons. Satākṣī Durgā - She has 4 arms. She holds a pink lotus flower, bow, a hand full of fruits and a hand full vegetables. She is the same goddess who killed the demon Durgamāsur in the Śrīmad Devī Bhāgvatam and got the name of Durgā. Vana Durgā - She is the goddess Durgā who lives in the forest and she is called Vana Durgā. There are also many other goddesses named Durgā.

Ryan Ong yes this is Chandi/Triguna Mahalakhshmi with 18 hands. But can't say if this is the ultimate form of Durga because according to "Shri Shri Chandi" there is another form of Durga with thousand hands namely "Sahasrabhuja Mahachandi". But that form is very powerful and not everyone have the capability to hold that amount of energy. So her worship is forbidden for commoners.
