The bar next to them in domain is the death bar the closer you are to them the faster it drains and when it’s at 0 they die

It depends on how close you are to the person in the domain, the closer you are the faster they die. This is just a guesse because it worked like that in the private server.

Mahito got 2 new finishers for focus strike and in domain the closer you are to the person that popped the domain the faster you will die you need to run away
