Hello, I just bought the EK Omnia, the grinding scale is 40. When grinding the ceremonial coffee, 18 grams of coffee beans came out only 16.5 grams. Can you explain the reason?

The new model offers several features that seem worthwhile compared to the EK43. However, I'm a bit skeptical about the reliability of the new digital display. It appears that a lot of swiping is required to reach specific values, which could potentially lead to failures sooner than a more analog approach. 🧐

Thank you for the feedback. Thats why we have both the EK43 for the analog fans and the Omnia for those wanting to explore a digital alternative

Hello, we have our Omnia since three months now. At minute 1:44 of this video it shows that you can actually change the motor speed but our Omnia dont. Can you explain me why? Please. Thanks
