Is it necessary to align an EK43s when it gets delivered new? Or is it something that one should to after some usage time?

In our experience some customers choose to align while others do not. Because of the new design the Omnia has excellent alignment.

I got a centering tool around 6 months ago, it doesn't have any groves in the center, is this normal?

We would like to ask you to contact your local dealer for technical support as we are not aware of the issue you mentioned, but the trained technician might be able to help you out.
