how does the gbw perform in outdoor environments, and will wind effect the sensors similar to scales?

Did you even test the stated accuracy claim? Why not test it a few times on camera?

Thanks for watching! Short answer: yes we did do our internal bench tests to verify the stated accuracy claim. As this is just a quick "First Look" series we did not include that on camera. It's a great idea and yes we are hoping to do some "second looks" soon, including the bench tests that you are requesting. On another note, we are the official distributor for Mahlkonig in Singapore. The main purpose of this video is to give interested customers a brief overview of the grinder. We will then invite them over to do their own testing on our demo units in the showroom.
