Mahmood is the one in the suit and Blanco the one in the see-through shirt! They're both established artists in their own right and didn't even plan to bring this single to Sanremo, but they were asked to go and decided to participate together with Brividi, which they had already written together. And they won! It's still in the Spotify Global charts, and has been practically since its release, which is a huge deal! If you're interested in more by Mahmood, I recommend "Rapide", "Soldi" (which he placed 2nd in Eurovision 2019 with!) and "Inuyasha". He's one of my favorite artists and I'm happy to see more people discover him through this

This Sanremo orchestra is something unique in world television! The song is very emotional and makes me Brividi because I know what means a relationship with this type of problems. Maybe we all know!?

It is the first time that Mahmood and Blanco sing together. They are both famous; Mahmood for the longest time (he is 29 years old, he won Sanremo already in 2019 with "Soldi" and has already finished second at Eurovision) and Blanco since last year (he just turned 19 years old and, in the last year he has beaten each sales record). They won Sanremo (this was my favorite song) and in May they will participate in the Euroivision. Meanwhile, this song is already at the top of Spotify's global chart.

it only stayed few days in the spotify global top ten chart. It never reached the top. Give the right information and also that the 80% of the people that were listening on the platform were italians. It is far from being an international hit. At the moment it is a hit only in Lithuania and a minor hit in Switzerland.

@@donatellaborciccibelloni5328 in realtà oggi su poco meno di 1500000 stream su Spotify, più di 300000 non erano italiani, cosa che non era mai capitata prima con una canzone vincitrice di Sanremo. Ovviamente i Maneskin dopo la vittoria dell'eurovision ne hanno ottenuto di più.

@@7mari73 vero, i maneskin sono scoppiati dopo la vittoria. Prima c'era un sommovimento, ma più o meno era lob stesso di quello di mahmood e blanco ora. Del resto basta vedere come i fans dell'eurovision ancora non abbiano mosso un dito per scoprire il repertorio di blanco... Riguardo alla chart globale spotify mi riferivo ai primi giorni quando erano in top 5. In quel momento l'80% degli ascolti erano italiani, poi nei giorni successivi sono arrivati gli stranieri, ma numeri abbastanza moderati rispetto al potenziale.

@@donatellaborciccibelloni5328 ovviamente non tutti i fan dell'eurovision andranno ad approfondire, ma se gli piace lo faranno, in realtà è ancora presto, molti stati non hanno ancora selezionato la canzone, quindi per ora sono concentrati su i brani che dovranno competere. Suppongo che molti di quelli che li avranno tra i preferiti vorranno conoscere meglio la loro discografia. Quando Mahmood partecipò nel 2019, ricordo che ci furono un po' di reaction anche ad altri brani, soprattutto dopo l'eurovision, quindi dipende anche da come andranno, comunque ho già visto una reaction a un'altra canzone di Blanco e una a un'altra canzone di Mahmood. Probabilmente se avessero un altro brano insieme avrebbero più reaction. Credo comunque che i risultati che hanno ottenuto con questa canzone siano enormi, anche se la maggior parte degli ascolti arriva dall'Italia, hanno segnato un record importante.

Great video! I agree with you, they are perfect together. Mahmood won Sanremo 2019, he is famous in Italy. Blanco is very young and talented. He has a song called 'Notti in bianco" (underwater live session)... It's really beautiful!!

hello, thanks for the reaction. Mahmood and Blanco have very different voices, but they managed to harmonize them very well. They are two artists with separate careers and good songs. In this song Mahmood mainly uses the other vocal register, to balance Blanco's low vocal register, but his voice is beautiful even in the bass and he also has a very good high and full voice. The ""Festival di Sanremo"" is Italy's oldest and most important music contest. It is actually older than the Eurovision and Italy's most important event for the music industry. Up to a few years ago, most Italians, both the public and the industry and the artists, didn't care a lot about Eurovision: the money was in Sanremo, not in Eurovision. We knew it existed but we didn't really care about it. This means that Sanremo is not the "national final for the Eurovision". The winner is offered the opportunity to go to Eurovision but they can refuse and they have refused several times in the past. Mahmood is a word play and should be pronounced "mah mood" as in English "my mood". Mahmood was runner up in Eurovision 2019 and it is meaningful that he decided to compete again for Eurovision.

Glad to see your reaction to this two very talented young guys. The song is very beautiful and deserved to win SanRemo like Maneskin last year. In may will find out if they’ll win ESC. Are for now on the top of strems of ESC songs with 34M streams on Spotify. Only this song as more strems than all the other 13 songs from others countries putted together. It’s too early for to make predictions but it’s a very good start. I think that you should react to some of their own song besides this duo, you could be pleased surprised.😉🤗
