Welcome to my walkthrough series of Pokemon Stadium 2! In this playthrough, I will cover the gameplay of all the Pokemon Stadium 2 Cups (including Pokemon Stadium 2 R2): Johto Gym Leader Castle, Kanto Gym Leader Castle, Poke Cup, Prime Cup, Challenge Cup, Little Cup, and the final showdown against The Rival: the final boss of this game! A Gym Leader Castle (Japanese: ジムリーダーのしろ Gym Leader Castle) is a location in the Pokémon Stadium series where players may battle the Gym Leaders (and their disciples) and the Elite Four of the Pokémon games of that Generation.
The Gym Leader Castle in Pokémon Stadium 2 was more complex. Instead of it being an actual castle, it featured differently-designed rooms for each of Johto's Gym Leaders, each one representing the leader's type in its design. Like its predecessor, players would need to defeat each of Johto's Gym Leaders in turn, now including an intervention by Team Rocket between the Olivine and Mahogany Gyms, and eventually making their way to the Elite Four and its Champion, Lance.
Upon his defeat, if all Pokémon on the player's team came from a Game Boy cartridge, one of them could re-learn a move that was available to be learned by level-up.

Muk, Pinsir, and Hitmonlee are in my top 10 favorite gen 1 Pokemon! -I love how the seel used safeguard after it's been poisoned! -Good grief that skier girl was really annoying! -Pryce's Piloswine must have a quick claw if it was able to out sped a Primape! -"Vicious Attack!" "A vicious hit!" that amuses me

Yeah, Piloswine have a Quick claw attached and it actually activated 2 turns in a row. That’s why he was able to outspeed Hitmonlee and Primeape. Just one of the many instances of Hax on this game...🤷🏽‍♂️
