Many people face market problem, the possible reason behind this is, many of them usually fail in maintaining the girth of plant because of not much spacing. 8/8 or 10/10 spacing is not enough for good growth. Atleast you should maintain 15/15 to 15/18.

Dear sir I am from Kerala, Mahagony tree plantation will not be a good option, please go for teak wood. the way you adopted (distance between plants) are not enough. A Mahagony tree will take minimum 50 years to become a bigger size one. otherwise, the wood (less than 50years) can't be used for any purpose other than burning. Also, minimum 10cents of area is required for a tree (10 trees in one acre). The price is very low as compared to other hard wood.
