I hate the idea that because the chiefs are worse offensively that it’s the best time to get Pat or that the chiefs are less scary. The defense is significantly better and more consistent than it was when mahomes was winning MVP’s. The defense has improved more than the offense has digressed, therefore the chiefs are better than they were before. I’d take this chiefs team over any other chiefs team we’ve seen

3 peat or not, Mahomes will still have a chance of chasing Brady. Realistically, its not a sprint, it's a marathon to dethrone Brady. This is why the pressure is on Allen, he won't have as big of a window to make the superbowl as Patrick window is to dethrone Brady. Burrow likely, lamar, and Mahomes will be in the playoffs next year and it will be tougher than this year, so he should want to get this one NOW
