It appears according to Mohua that allegations levelled against her by Nishikant Dubey and associates are not supported by authentic documents and the allegations are serious. It is the responsibility of the accuser to authenticate the above by documentary evidence. Also in the ethics committee meeting Nishikant Dubey and Hiranandani could not justify the transactions. It was a concerted effort on the part of Modi govt to implicate Mohua and impose disciplinary action and this was so because of her firey attack on Adani and Modi pertaining to national interest.
