What's the point of visiting a small noodle factory? I really don't understand. There are a lot lot lot of places in Xi'an, or Shaanxi that are worth visiting. Even for local food. there are many famous local dishes in Xi·an, but not the noodles you guys tried. There are no high technology or AI in this factory that can show off either. Most local people have not heard of this factory. So I am so confused why? Precious time wasted in your already tight schedule. Did that factory bribe the host? otherwise I really don't know what the host is thinking.
