Mai Mahiu escarpment road is part of the Nairobi, Nakuru, Mau Summit highway but a designated truck route.
Mai Mahiu Escarpement road connects Nairobi, Kenya to the famous Maasai Mara, Maimahiu town, Longonot, Naivasha and Nakuru City. This Scenic road in Kenya also lead to the great Rift Valley and Western Kenya.
This road has been ranked as one of the Kenya's dangerous roads.

Sometimes you can wonder those who were constructing this road for the first time, how did they do so. This is a wonderful rod with nice views but needs all drivers to be extra-careful and respect other motorists. Good video.

The government needs to put up road signs, and barriers at the edge of the road Asap, the road needs to be redesigned and expanded especially because of the heavy duty trucks . This is total negligence by government
