What about the MGM characters such as Tom and Jerry, Droopy, Screwy Squirrel, and Red Hot Riding Hood? Cartoon Network/Turner/Warner Bros. owns those guys too, and were part of the original lineup as well. As a kid, I've always wondered why certain shows such as Totally Spies and Code Lyoko did not have "crossover bumpers". And now I know why. Those shows were leased to CN by other companies. They weren't owned by CN, unlike the Cartoon Cartoons that CN produced or the Hanna-Barbera and MGM cartoons that Turner bought. As for this bumper, Johnny Bravo should be hitting on either Nazz (Ed, Edd, N Eddy), Frankie (Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends), Wilma (The Flinstones), Daphne (Scooby-Doo), Judy (The Jetsons), Red Hot Riding Hood (MGM cartoons), or Wonder Woman (Justice League).

Scrappy Doo has a reputation of being a hated character by the Scooby Doo fandom. There is even a few tropes named after him, when a character is hated by a majority of a fandom they are called "The Scrappy" but if the fandom warms up to them later they are "Rescued From The Scrappy Heap". Ironically I never had a problem with Scrappy as a kid, but I understand why so many hate him.
