I've been searching for a song that is similar to this for nearly a decade now. It immediately starts with female vocal sample chops with no lyrics and would probably fall under trance or techno. The entire song is chopped samples of vowel sounds, I found it around the same time as listening to music like this. I listened to it as a kid and can still remember it.
