This looks exactly like the alu-muri masala we get in Shillong. Its basically just dhania and nothing else?! I have to try this to see if I get the same taste. Everyone will have their own masala & each taste differently but I just love the Shillong alu-muri taste - not sure if its the Garo style masala. It looks 100% same though.

Basically is it just to heat the pan,saute the coriander seed until black,leave it to room temperature then grind it? Or am i missing something in between?

Yeah during the coriander seed saute non stop mix it until the black than cool it and grind it....

I see no problem in her speaking in Garo. Look at majority of videos by South Indian they always speak in their mother tongue. Moreover KZbin does not have rules that to post your videos you have to adopt a certain language. Everyone has the right to promote their own language and on this age there is AI to translate any language for your benifits.
