Exactly what I needed. I was frustrated that there was no CC or BCC option already embedded in the Mail Merge feature in Word. Vijay Bhatt Thanks 1. You can put a WeTrasfer link in the email text. WeTransfer can have as many documents as you wish. And you can have different attachments for each email recipient. 2. That isn’t possible, as far my knowledge is concerned. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you wish to have a different cc list, you will have to create multiple sheets and apply unique rule for every sheet

good one. got what i wanted partly. I have two emails in my address list. I was trying to sending email to email1 and cc of that to email2 given i the same record. that is, i was addressing the email to the student and wanted copy of that to his parent. could not. I tried to create a field with emails seperated by semi colon. did not work! In gmail i could even send seperate files as attachments. which is not possible here.
