+Nalaisthebest i think they can't do it anymore- at least they can't do every single piece of mail they way they used to. this is back when they had much less subscribers aka less mail. now they have 8 million subbers....no way they can go through every single piece of mail on video or we'd have hours and hours of footage. i dont even know if they still have their mail box anymore, but if they do, they probably pile all the mail in one room and open it slowly over time because it is so overwhelming.
