I watch your channel all the time. I have enjoyed watching the children grow from the time they were born till now. I’m just curious as to how much Leon can hear? Does he still wear hearing aids? He is just darling as are your other kiddos!

He can hear very loud conversations or noises with one side but nothing with the other side, that's why he only has a baha on one side. They said even though he has bilateral hearing loss if he got a baha on his hearing side the sounds would constantly interfere with each other and could cause tons of issues such as headaches, refusal to wear the aid, confusion, and so much more. He uses his baha about half of the day, if he gets excited, sleepy, or overwhelmed he takes it off but typically he tolerates it rather well.
